Growing vegetables from your Kitchen

Hello Everyone
 Today we will talk about vegetables which we can grow from our kitchen.
Methi
Green chilli
Tomatoes
Green peas
Bittergourd
Gourd
WheatGrass
Barley
Corn



Methi

We use Methi Dana in our kitchen as spice while cooking food. Same we can sow and get fresh green methi leaves in out garden. Don't sow in rainy season after rains are over you can sow it.Lots of water we rot seeds or saplings .







Green Chilli  
We use Full Red chilli in making many delicacies.Crush your red chilli and sprinkle seeds and put little mud on it.Don't sow very deep .after 1-2 week you will see chilli saplings.




Tomatoes
 We buy tomatoes from market,sometimes one or two tomatoes gets over ripped which are not useful for cooking.Press that tomato and put in pot and cover it with mud .don't put too deep. when your saplings is 2 inch in height transfer to proper place with 4 inch gap between the plant, and enjoy fresh tomatoes.








Green Peas  
You get dried green pea for making snacks. you soak them and let it sprout .when you see sprouts  sow them in soil inch deep sprout should be seen outside the soil, and you see your new plants.
